DIRECTOR
- 10+ years of direct experience performing forensic impact and cost analysis
- Business development resulting in revenue origination
- Prior expert witness testimony experience preferred
SENIOR CONSULTANT
- 5-10 years of applicable consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; Advanced degree in engineering or construction management is also beneficial
- Industry certifications or licensure is highly desired
CONSULTANT
- 1-5 years of relatable experience
- Bachelor degree (or near completion of) in engineering or construction management
- Must know Primavera P6, Advanced Excel, project controls, and cost reporting
WHAT WE DO
Although we like to be involved at the onset of a construction project so that we can help our clients optimize their project management, we typically are called in retro-actively to analyze various issues causing losses in project time or costs. Our clients are owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and attorneys, and are often entering or involved in active litigation proceedings. We are retained to analyze changes, critical path delays, productivity losses, and other impacts causing increased costs, and assist the various entities to understand who caused and is responsible for those issues. Our goal in working with clients is to assist with reaching settlement terms that are acceptable without costly litigation but, if an agreement cannot be reached, we then compile our findings into an expert report that will be used during litigation.
