Guidance

Every six months, employees undergo comprehensive reviews conducted by the principal of the company. Following these assessments, a customized plan is created to guide each individual towards the next level of their career. Continuous support is provided throughout the journey to help employees succeed.

  • No matter how long you have been in this industry, you learn new things every day. We have an “always learning, always growing” mentality that we share with the entire team.

  • We all have a lot to learn and a lot to give, and training is no different. Our structured, routine training program prepares our team members for their next step. Our team members will not only receive training, but will also listen, teach, and critique each other, consistently pushing to elevate the standards of the company and industry.

  • You can’t just say you’re good; you have to show it. We expect our team members to obtain certifications and licenses, and improve the body of knowledge for the construction management industry. Opportunities to co-author and co-present with seasoned professionals will increase credentials and improve your client relationships.
