Moataz Hassan has provided analyses for complex on-going construction projects and projects in litigation in the US and MENA regions. Mr. Hassan applies his expertise both during and after the construction process, focusing primarily on CPM scheduling, forensic delay analysis, concurrency and disruption analysis, quantum and damages analysis, and claim analysis. He has supported analyses on projects ranging from $100M to over $5B USD.
Mr. Hassan is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional with AACE International and a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) with the Project Management Institute. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Cairo University, where his thesis is to develop a hybrid multi-window framework integrating retrospective and prospective delay analysis. He has presented impact analysis and forensic delay analysis methods to Cairo University engineering students.
Mr. Hassan has experience in airport, container terminal, community recreation, healthcare, power plant, residential, solar energy, transit, and water treatment projects in the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt.
