ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Nisarg Patel has specialized experience in the construction industry, focusing on project controls, pre-construction, and risk management. His expertise includes managing large-scale infrastructure, ranging from high-rise residential developments, institutional projects, casino resort project to major urban redevelopment projects. He has a proven track record of optimizing budgets and schedules through technical guidance and detailed claims analysis.

Mr. Patel is near completion of an MS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M, holds an MTech from CEPT University, and a Bachelor’s in Civil & Infrastructure Engineering. He is an expert in Primavera P6, Procore, and MS Project, with a strong foundation in project finance and risk management.

His industry experience spans international roles in the United States and India. He has analyzed claims and quantification data for packages valued at $18M and provided technical advisory services for a landmark $2.4 billion urban redevelopment project. His work experience also includes intensive contract compliance and financial risk reviews for industrial projects.

    • Performed measured mile productivity, cost, and causation analyses on multiple projects in the United States.

    • Performed Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and developed timeline visualization exhibits to support delay claims, cost overrun assessments, and entitlement evaluations for a college renovation project on the West Coast of the United States, contributing to claim packages valued at approximately $3 million.

    • Prepared issue files, as-built schedule analyses, and causation summaries using RFIs, PCIs, and CORs to support delay and change orders for a casino resort hotel project. Contributed to damage quantification and entitlement documentation for claim packages valued at approximately $18 million.

    • Coordinated with project teams to track schedule performance and update schedule recovery plans based on Earned Value Management, supporting mitigation planning efforts for high-rise commercial projects in India.

    • Conducted cost estimation, bid package preparation, and value engineering alongside the PM team for high-rise residential and commercial building projects in Mumbai, India, optimizing project budgets and schedules. Controlled documentation, including RFIs and submittals, using Procore & Autodesk Construction Cloud.

    • Delivered advisory services for Asia’s largest urban redevelopment, valued at $2.4 billion, involving high-rise residential towers including feasibility studies, phase planning, and creating preliminary milestone schedules.

    • Audited and monitored construction contracts to ensure compliance with budget, deliverables, and performance requirements on an industrial project in India.
